


Project Description
The Children’s Hospital of Richmond Pavilion project consists of four levels of below grade parking and 11 stories above ground including a ground level with entrance, three levels of parking and support functions, seven levels of clinical, office or shell space and a utility tunnel. The entire project encompasses a total of 640,000 sqft. The pavilion has 72 exam rooms; a surgical area with two operating rooms and two procedure rooms; areas for diagnostic testing, imaging and lab services; and faculty offices all dedicated to pediatrics. As a JV partner on the construction team for this project, Davis Brothers provided onsite management to the project team including project manager, safety coordinator, carpenters and laborers, along with the oversight & completion of numerous trade packages.
