Davis Brothers provided construction services to complete the original renovation of the Richmond Landmark Theater. This renovation was very challenging in that, all finishes had match perfectly to the historical finishes currently in the theater. Davis Brothers restored seats in auditorium to match the original design, installed new trim and door material to match existing design and new specialty Belgium carpet to match present material in auditorium. New concrete balconies were installed, 300 new windows were installed, decorative painting, new stage floor, new sound system, new dressing room, restroom and stalls. Also, the plumbing system, electrical and mechanical systems were completely upgraded.
